• you want fast no-nonsense processing

• your property is a single-family home in good condition.

PERSONAL SERVICE: The application comes to MFCU who can assist in making suggestions as to what type of loan would work best for you. This product is best for you if any of the following apply:

• you have a lot of questions
• you prefer your loan be processed at MFCU
• long-term fixed rates are available but you may want to consider shorter or flexible terms
• the property can be an average single family home or non-conforming (mobile home, fix-up property, rental/investment, etc.) or
• your credit history is good, average, or marginal
